The successful candidate will require necessary experience with minimal oversight to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload involving all types of projects.**What is your day to day?*** Manage end to end small scale, single vendor projects* Weekly submission of access keeper requests* Meeting minutes – QAC meetings* Request space plans, floor plans and DWG sets from client* SMS uploads* Space Finder – restrict access to rooms onsite during construction* Submit JIRA tickets for PMWeb related issues or corrections* Shopping cart/Commitment submittals for PO creation (could include pulling together documentation for commitment request, including but not limited to Certificates of Insurance, quotes, etc.)* Monitor funding requests – manage/track workflows and alter PM’s of delays* Photography requests for projects and final submissions* Execute the project closeout in coordination with the Project Coordinator; ensuring the project is closed with required documentation within the 90 day closeout deadline* Collaboration with the Project Coordinator to ensure projects controls are met each month on projects in assigned region* PMWeb Project Assignment Audit – ensuring all details are gathered at the time of project assignment, including but not limited to: + LOB Approver + Preliminary project scope + RM + AU / BE confirmation + SQFT + Project Type**Desired experience and technical skills****Required*** Strategic, innovative, challenges the status quo and recommends improvements* Work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment* Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and teamwork skills* Motivation, proactivity, attention to detail and respect for deadlines* Experience with system implementation or optimization projects* Attention to detail and data accuracy* Understanding of project management processes and terminology**Preferred*** Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.**Estimated compensation for this position:**70,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per year*This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
