As a LVN Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing needs, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staffing schedules, including arranging for coverage and managing staff assignments
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet resident care needs and facility requirements
• Monitor and report on labor costs, overtime, and employee hours
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality care to residents
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and external agencies
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Identify and resolve staffing conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to staffing and resident care
• Will work closely with the facility's leadership team to achieve facility goals and objectives

Requirements:

• LVN license and current certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a staffing coordinator role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
