MSP Partner Manager (M/W/D)

Eye Security is a rapidly growing cybersecurity scale-up, founded in 2020 by three employees of the Dutch intelligence service, with the goal of protecting the digital assets of SMEs across Europe. With a robust portfolio under the product bundle Eye Cyber Guard, Eye Security offers tailored cybersecurity solutions in a subscription-based SaaS model.

The offerings range from managed detection and response, incident response, and attack surface management to security awareness services and insurance, targeting a customer base of over 650 companies. Currently, more than 180 ambitious IT experts (m/w/d) are working for Eye Security in locations including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

As an MSP Partner Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for building our partnership and sales network with security-oriented partnerships, selling with and through managed service providers (MSPs). Throughout the process, the focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with our customers, utilizing your network to connect with potential partners and customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Building our partner and Eye sales network from the ground up – with a focus on security-oriented partnerships.
• Proactively approaching potential partners, convincing them of collaboration, and developing a sustainable network.
• Providing professional support for our partners from contract drafting to business closure.
• Presenting our solutions at trade shows and events.
• Engaging in close and collaborative work with your colleagues (m/w/d) from sales and marketing as well as our business areas, which is a matter of course for you and the basis for our joint success.
• Designing, agreeing, and managing partners in the implementation of the joint business plan.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in building a partner network from scratch.
• Analytical skills and a solid strategic planning ability.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, team skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent German and English skills (verbal and written).
• Very good presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the ability to integrate it into customer/service models.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
