Founding Sales Hire at Oso New York, NY

Overview Oso is entirely Product Led and we're hiring our first sales role to double down on our growth. In this role, you will work closely with Oso's founders to lead pipeline growth and build our outbound strategy. What you'll do Run outbound campaigns and whatever it takes to fill the pipeline Experiment with cold calling, emailing, social selling, and other techniques Develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging Identify prospecting tools to research and target prospects Qualify leads, build champions, understand budget, timeline, and close deals Conduct discovery, build champions, explain ROI to buyers, run POCs, and close deals Work with the founders to refine pitch and messaging Why Oso We see a world where developers never roll their own authorization again, and instead say, "Just use Oso" – the same way you might say, "Oh, you should just use Postgres for that." We are creating the $25B+ authorization market with thousands of users from startups to the Fortune 500. Traction: Oso is used by Wayfair, Arc, Intercom, Visa, Oxide, Codecademy, and thousands of other companies. Capital: we have 4+ years of runway with investors like Sequoia, Felicis, and notable founders and operators. Team: we have deep domain experience and leadership in developer go-to-market.
