AVP / VP - Client Partner (Aerospace Domain)

We are seeking an accomplished Client Partner to lead and grow strategic Aerospace accounts in North America. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a minimum USD 20 Million portfolio, driving profitable growth, owning executive relationships, and leading digital engineering and transformation engagements. The role carries end-to-end responsibility for account strategy, P&L, revenue growth, delivery governance, and customer success. Key Responsibilities Own and grow strategic Aerospace client accounts with end-to-end business ownership. Manage a minimum USD 20 Million portfolio with full P&L accountability. Drive farming, cross-sell, up-sell and strategic account growth initiatives. Build trusted CXO relationships and lead executive governance. Own account planning, forecasting, renewals and commercial negotiations. Lead solutioning across Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, PLM, Manufacturing Engineering, Avionics, MRO, AI, Cloud and Digital Transformation. Partner with global delivery teams to ensure execution excellence and customer satisfaction. Identify whitespace opportunities and build a strong growth pipeline. Required Experience & Skills 18+ years in Client Partner, Account Management or Business Development within IT/Engineering Services. Proven experience managing a minimum USD 20 Million portfolio. Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and contract negotiations. Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with global delivery organizations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers or Airlines.
