Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to couples and families. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of both couples and individuals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve working directly with couples, and separately with individual family members to address specific concerns.

• Addressing a wide range of issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, as well as adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Offering strategies and support for blended families, communication difficulties, and job-related stress.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client cases in compliance with organizational policies and record-keeping standards.
\n
• Collaborating with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Your approach will be sensitive and tailored, ensuring that each client feels supported and empowered to navigate their personal struggles. This includes working with clients facing complex issues such as trauma, family dynamics, and individual behavioral problems.

Qualifications\n
