Sous Chef Opportunity An established hospitality group is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef for an upscale, experience-driven concept. This is a great opportunity for a culinary professional who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career while staying close to the food,the line, and the team. The right person will bring current, 100% scratch kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead by example in a polished, fast-paced environment. This role is primarily line-focused and hands-on. You will work side by side with the culinary team during service, supporting execution, quality, consistency, prep, organization, and daily kitchen operations. What We're Looking For Current experience in a 100% scratch kitchen is required Hands-on line experience with strong technical cooking skills Ability to lead from the line and support the team during service Strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail Professional, coachable, team-oriented approach Open availability, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Interest in growing into a stronger culinary leadership role Commitment to consistency, cleanliness, and high standards Responsibilities Work the line side by side with the culinary team during service Support daily prep, execution, and kitchen organization Help ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency Assist with coaching, training, and supporting hourly team members Maintain high standards for sanitation, safety, and cleanliness Partner with culinary leadership to keep service running smoothly Help uphold the standards of an established hospitality group Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $55,000 to $60,000 Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays Dining privileges and hospitality perks Professional development and leadership growth opportunities Collaborative leadership culture within an established hospitality group
