Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, focusing on developing therapeutic alliances and fostering a safe environment for clients.

• Performing comprehensive assessments to establish and reassess diagnosis and treatment needs, using evidence-based practices that inform your therapeutic approach.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals, and providing regular evaluations of progress.

• Actively participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, providing insights and feedback that contribute to a cohesive and well-rounded treatment plan for each client.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is completed promptly and reflects each client's evolving needs.

The clients you will serve at Safe Horizon Recovery Facility primarily consist of individuals facing the dual challenges of substance abuse and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

Candidates should meet the following qualifications to be considered for this role:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a current and active professional license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) in good standing.

• Demonstrated experience in providing clinical services to individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, we strongly prefer candidates who have: - Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy sessions - Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for substance abuse and mental health issues - Previous work within a multidisciplinary treatment team setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
