Minton Door Company, a family ran construction subcontractor, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A background or familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to a Project Managers (PMs) on multiple projects at one time which include the following tasks:

• Maintain and update project plans, ensuring all details are current and accurate.
• Assist with daily office tasks, including scheduling, communication, and data entry.
• Retrieve, organize, and file project-related data for easy access and reference.
• Attend and assist in job-site meetings, coordinating logistics and taking meeting notes.

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to monitor and track the progress of various projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with Sage ERP, positive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• Experience in the construction industry, specifically with doors and hardware, is a plus.
