Project Management Coordinator

Position Title: Project Management Coordinator Salary: $90,000-$105,000 Other Forms of Compensation: Our Passion is Food! Job Summary This position is based at LinkedIn account and supports the national team in creating a positive and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. The project coordinator will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management and client channels, ensuring that our goals of engaged hospitality and organizational innovation are achieved.

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities Help build the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employees Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices Ensure all LinkedIn specific onboarding procedures and training with Bon Appetit are met. Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
