Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of hotel operations, including Rooms, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Engineering.
• Develop and execute business strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, market share, and overall hotel performance.
• Foster a culture of outstanding guest service, associate engagement, and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop department leaders while promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and maintain the unique lifestyle experience that defines Hotel Zephyr.
• Build strong partnerships with Davidson Hospitality Group leadership, ownership, community organizations, and local tourism partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, capital planning, and financial performance to achieve ownership objectives.
• Champion safety, quality assurance, and brand standards while creating memorable experiences for guests and associates alike.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager leading a full-service hotel or lifestyle hotel.
• Demonstrated success driving financial performance, revenue growth, guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor and expense controls.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with associates, Davidson leadership, ownership and community partners.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and execute innovative business initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, guest‑centric environment.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences while fostering an engaging, inclusive workplace culture.
