We are looking for an experienced  Lead Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of carpentry projects. As a Lead Commercial Carpenter, you will lay out, construct, install, and repair structures of metal studs, drywall, metal frames/doors, acoustical ceilings, and fixtures.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. The Lead Carpenter must also have strong communication skills and the ability to work with a team of carpenters to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• MUST BE ABLE to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and other technical drawings and lay out
• MUST BE ABLE to lay out metal framing, Insulation, Drywall/Taping, Install Frames & Doors, Acoustical Ceilings, and Millwork installation
• Must work with tools
• Possess own tool pouches and basic hand tools
• Calculate material requirements and measurements for projects
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
