Key Qualifications:

• Current Professional Educator License with Middle School English Language Arts endorsement (required)
• Bilingual/ESL Endorsement in Spanish (required)
• Previous experience teaching middle school students in a bilingual or dual-language environment
• Strong understanding of language development and culturally responsive classroom practices
• Comfortable creating lesson plans tailored to diverse learners and facilitating interactive, student-centered activities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement standards-based ELA lessons for middle schoolers in a bilingual setting
• Foster an inclusive, engaging classroom atmosphere where language and literacy skills flourish
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate varying language proficiencies and learning needs
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to meet academic and language goals for all students
