Integrity Locums
Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 06/26/2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Friday 7am through Monday 7am every other weekend - in house - laborist
- Shifts Per Month: 2-3 weekends per month (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
- Open Dates:
- Possibility of June coverage, 2 weeks prior to start
- July 17-19
Clinical Details
- EMR System: EPIC
- Practice Settings: Hospital call; 90% Labor and Delivery
- Support Staff: L&D Nurses and Midwives (midwife not guaranteed for full 24-hour shift); 1 APP per 12-hour shift
- Beds: 34 L&D/Post Partum/Triage; 205 hospital beds
- Required Procedures:
- Obstetrics: Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.), High Risk Pregnancy (i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc.), FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB ultrasounds - Performance of Interpretation, OB ultrasounds - Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability)
- Labor & Delivery: Routine Delivery -Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section, Complicated Delivery -C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc, VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
- Gynecology: Surgical Gynecology - Open, Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation, LOA's, Chromal Tubation, Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) - Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA's
- Call: 24-hour in-house laborist coverage; call ratio 1:4
- Onsite Lab & Ultrasound
- 60% Low Risk Pregnancy, 40% High Risk Pregnancy
- Percentage of Practice is GYN: 60%
- Average Number of GYN Surgeries Per Day: 5
- Percentage of Patients are C-Section: 1
- Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: 4
- Nursery Level: Level II
Requirements
- Board: Board Certified
- Certifications: BLS; ACLS
- Licenses: OH license highly preferred
- willing to accept providers needing to obtain State License
- must be OH licensed for June/July start
- Active DEA
- Malpractice: Clean history; emergency temporary privileges can be obtained
- NPDB: Self-query NPDB report required within 30 days of presentation date
