And when the team wins, we all win.About the RoleAs the Back of House Coordinator, you will be the administrative and logistical backbone of local STR operations. You'll work closely with the Team Lead, Back of House to ensure inventory is managed, vendors are supported, and the field team is equipped to focus on our guests and owners in the field.You will serve as the key point of coordination across multiple back-of-house functions — housekeeping, maintenance ticket flow, and warehousing — helping to keep the market running smoothly and ensuring guests and owners have a seamless experience.This role is ideal for someone highly organized, responsive, and energized by fast-paced problem solving. This role is an hourly, non-exempt position.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing warehouse and storage space, keeping areas tidy and organizedTrack inventory usage and restock needs for consumables, linens, and key operating supplies both in central warehouses and satellite storage locationsCoordinate delivery or retrieval of inventory and supplies to/from homes as neededAssist the Team Lead, Back of House with the management of housekeeping vendors and teamsSupport the Team Lead, Back of House and other market team members with the coordination and management of third party maintenance vendors as neededLog and report field activity data into our operational systems with accuracy and timeliness as neededExecute market-level projects which touch multiple zones/teams and are better handled by the Back of House team than a specific zone team, such as updating branded materials around the marketRotate between being warehouse-based and field-based as needed to support each day's workOther duties as assignedQualifications2–3 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or hospitality supportExcellent attention to detail and time managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to remain calm and responsive in fast-moving operational environmentsComfortable working both in the field and in office/warehouse environmentsTech savvy and experienced with mobile scheduling, task tools, or PMS platforms as well as Google WorkspaceCompensationThe compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.Pay TransparencyOur compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors.
