Industrial Staffing Recruiter
** Avanta Staffing Solutions ** is seeking an energetic, results-driven Industrial Staffing Recruiter that is Bilingual to join our growing team. - Monday–Friday

Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and skilled trade positions.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
- Verify work history, references, and employment eligibility.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding with clients.
- Maintain accurate applicant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals.
- Assist with employee relations and follow up with associates after placement.
- Attend hiring events and job fairs as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
- Industrial or light industrial staffing experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar.
