Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Pay Range $36.50 - $55.50. The actual pay rate will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. Job Overview The St. Mary's Hospital system (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care ICU unit. Ideal candidates are patient‑focused, mission‑driven caregivers who apply clinical knowledge to assess and monitor critically ill patients suffering from life‑threatening illnesses or injuries. Position Specifics Department: Critical Care-ICU Core Function: Nursing Schedule: Part time, 24 hrs/week (Nights 7p.m.–7a.m. and every third weekend) Facility: St. Mary's Hospital Location: Green Bay, WI Responsibilities Apply clinical knowledge to assess and monitor critically ill patients suffering from life‑threatening illnesses or injuries. Provide critical care nursing interventions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and respond promptly to patient needs during nights and weekend shifts. Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing school. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Experience: Critical Care Nursing experience preferred. Licensing: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required. Wisconsin RNs may practice with a valid multi‑state RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required based on patient population. Preferred Specialty Certifications: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN).
