About the Role: Join Wings Over Heath as our Kitchen Manager, where you will lead a passionate team in delivering mouth-watering dishes to our valued customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact in our kitchen operations. Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control. Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards. Develop and implement new menu items and specials. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to enhance customer experience. Monitor food preparation and presentation for consistency. Address and resolve any kitchen‑related issues promptly. Requirements: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure. Familiarity with inventory management software. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Passion for food and dedication to customer satisfaction. Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.
