HR Generalist: Payroll, Benefits & Compliance Lead

FAO Schwarz is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage payroll, benefits, leave, and compliance. You will partner with our HR Director to implement policies, support employee relations, and ensure accurate processing for a multi-state workforce. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HRIS accuracy, and ensuring regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local laws. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ payroll experience with ADP WFNow are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr FAO Schwarz
