WHAT AWAITS YOU.

Organization and planning of leadership programs throughout the region. Content creation and planning of regional meetings, workshops, and projects. Preparation of market research presentations and trend reports. Supporting talent management processes throughout the region. Support in change management and implementation of new learning management system and new talent management processes. Regional support in using data analytics for HR information.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university. US Work Authorization required. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major). Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application. Ability to work part-time (25-29 hours/week). Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

Field of Study: Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology. Business fluent English. Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment. Passionate about HR methods. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and maintain a positive attitude. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Preferences: Languages: German or Spanish language skills (fluent, oral and written). Previous experience in Applicant Tracking Systems.

This is a hybrid role that requires in office days. Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30. Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.
