Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated oncology nursing care for outpatients in a clinic setting within a hospital system, following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff at various levels; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Assess patient condition, develop and update care plans, and document care in the medical record.
- Administer medications and treatments per policy; monitor for adverse effects and respond appropriately.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, symptom management, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, social workers, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient oncology setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment and to work 4x10-hour shifts.
- Oncology nursing experience preferred.
- Current work authorization to operate in the United States.
