Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Establish and monitor specific therapeutic goals, regularly evaluating client progress to ensure the efficacy of treatment.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual support.

• Maintain detailed, accurate records of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all communications.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision, staying current with the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Florida.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to manage a dynamic caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
