Job Details

Travel Pharmacist jobs in Alexandria, Louisiana require a Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree, Louisiana pharmacy state licensure, and BLS or ACLS certification. PALS is required for pediatric practice. Hospital experience is preferred. You will fill drug orders, monitor patient drug therapies, provide drug information, and ensure safe, efficient pharmacy services. Responsibilities include preparing and dispensing pharmaceuticals, maintaining accurate patient drug records, supervising pharmacy support personnel, and participating in clinical duties such as drug therapy monitoring, pharmacokinetics consults, and stewardship activities. Required Qualifications

Pharmacist, Acute Licenses: PHARM-LA Certifications: BLS-AHA

ACLS-AHA SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year References: 2 References in entire work history Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required
