The Painting Technician at All World Machinery Supply is a vital role responsible for preparing and painting machines as directed by the Production Manager. Key duties include thorough surface preparation—cleaning, sanding, and masking—followed by the application of primers and finish coats to ensure optimal paint coverage and superior finish quality. The technician will also inspect completed work against quality standards and perform touch-ups as necessary, all while adhering to strict safety procedures and guidelines for paint application and materials.
