Paralegal Position In NaplesWe're recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their estate and trust administration team in Naples. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting high-net-worth estate matters, with a focus on Florida probate, trust settlement, and related federal transfer tax filings.What You'll Do:Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributionsPrepare inventories, schedules, and accountings using data from multiple sourcesDraft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filingAssist in preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Form 706, Form 709, Form 1041)Coordinate deadlines, monitor case schedules, and support attorneys proactivelyMaintain clear client communication and act as liaison between attorneys and familiesUse legal and tax software platforms to streamline filings and documentationEdit and proofread all work for accuracy and compliance with Florida and federal lawWhat You Bring:Background in Florida estate and trust administration (at least 5 years)Strong understanding of probate, trust, and tax processes, including federal transfer taxesExperience with Florida e-filing systems and probate softwareParalegal certificate or formal legal training; 4-year degree preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and estate/trust software platformsExceptional writing, organization, and client service skills
