We are building a high-performing joint venture team to deliver this complex EPC heavy civil project and are looking for motivated, hands-on, collaborative innovators, doers, and problem solvers.This is your opportunity to be part of a truly historic project.Position Summary Provide support in functional areas of the Human Resource Department.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesSupervise the Receptionist functionCoordinate relocation services for new and transferring employeesCoordinate training session logistics and materials, such as hotel arrangements, transportation, meals, and hand out materialsMaintain training record data in the HR training module; run and distribute reports as requiredIntranet and website coordinator for HR sectionsPrepare periodic reports and presentationsProvide HR and Marketing administrative supportAssume additional responsibilities as directed by division and corporate management. Travel as required to attend, but not limited to, meetings, site visits, training, etc.Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services - actively look for ways to assist othersGeneral knowledge of employment laws and related legal regulationsKnowledge of operation of administrative procedures and systems such as telecommunications, word processing, and other office proceduresEvidence of the practice of a high level of confidentialityAbility to work with all levels of personnelAbility to work well in a non-structured, entrepreneurial environmentStrong organizational skillsStrong oral and spoken communications skills requiredProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HRIS softwareEducation/ExperienceAssociate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related study or combination of education and work experienceMinimum 3-5 years experience working in a human resource and/or related area.Required SkillsWhy Join Us?Join a team delivering one of the most significant pumped storage hydropower projects in North America.
