Supervisor

THE ROLE We are looking for Supervisors to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will supervise all services for the assigned area to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Ensuring all state, local, and company policies are followed, while supporting their team. Join us as we remember the past, while looking forward to the future. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Coordinates with kitchen staff and other functional areas on the timing and production of service. Ensure the service requirements of each stand are fulfilled. Effectively manages the staff to ensure all staff are properly trained before events. Manage inventories, order supplies, and receive orders. Accounts for and reconcile point‑of‑sale systems and revenues. Conducts pre‑shift meetings with assigned staff to reinforce training, provides updates on procedures and practices, and receives feedback from service personnel. Supervise staff to ensure all team members are following laws and regulations, including following transaction policies and checking IDs for every guest. Ensures staff follows proper uniform policy. Practices safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training. Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co‑workers, and management. Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies. Complete other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs. COMPENSATION Competitive salary starting at $20/hour commensurate with experience.
