As a Strategic Projects Lead, Managed Services, you will lead complex AI-focused client programmes from initial requirements through successful delivery and completion. You will serve as a trusted partner to clients, translating evolving needs into clear scopes, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes. Working across Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering, you will coordinate teams and resources to deliver high-quality human data programmes. This is a hands-on role where you will stay close to execution, identify risks early, and solve delivery challenges in a fast-moving environment. You will combine strong client management with practical knowledge of AI and human data workflows. The role also offers the opportunity to shape scalable processes and improve how complex AI projects are delivered as the client base grows.

Accountabilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects, from understanding client objectives and defining the delivery approach through execution and completion.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout engagements, building trusted relationships and maintaining clear, consistent communication.
• Translate complex or evolving client requirements into practical project scopes, delivery plans, success criteria, and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to coordinate resources, resolve challenges, and align delivery with client and business objectives.
• Stay actively involved in project execution, identifying risks and issues early and driving practical solutions to maintain delivery momentum.
• Track key delivery metrics, including quality, timelines, budgets, profitability, and overall project performance, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and improve scalable processes, tools, and ways of working that strengthen the delivery of AI projects as the organization and client portfolio expand.

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of experience managing complex client projects or programmes, ideally within AI/ML, human data, data services, or another technical environment.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and the AI/ML development lifecycle, with familiarity in areas such as data collection, annotation, evaluation, or validation.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to turn complex or ambiguous requirements into structured plans, clear priorities, and successful project outcomes.
• Hands-on approach to project delivery and problem-solving, with the confidence to investigate issues in detail and drive solutions through to resolution.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement, including experience managing project KPIs, budgets, profitability, quality, and delivery performance.
• Ability to lead across multiple teams, align stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements can change quickly.
