Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and compliant records for each intern, ensuring documentation aligns with audit standards.

• Participate in the evaluation and retention processes for interns, providing guidance and necessary action as needed.

• Monitor and coordinate intern caseloads in collaboration with clinical supervisors and school site contacts to promote positive programmatic outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing quality assurance checks of documentation and client records to guarantee adherence to agency policies.

• Attend required training sessions and meetings to enhance your professional development and align with agency objectives.

• Document and report on intern performance as requested by the Director, contributing to an atmosphere of transparency and accountability.

• Provide direct psychotherapy services to clients and ensure timely and effective clinical intervention in both crisis and non-crisis situations.

• Oversee the intern recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding process, aligning it with the overall goals of the agency.

• Conduct training and workshops for interns and universities, ensuring up-to-date compliance with federal, state, and county regulations.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually for full-time employees, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
