Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments for clients to establish a clear understanding of their mental health needs and develop effective personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges related to grief, trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues. You will also support clients in hospice settings, providing crucial emotional support and guidance to both the patients and their families during challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution along with a current LICSW license in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
