The unit accommodates 48 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4 to 5:1. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of PCU experience. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are required. Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is essential. Preferred uniform colors are Galaxy Blue or White scrubs. Candidates should be prepared for potential floating to other units. Attendance and punctuality are critical; all requests for time off must be submitted prior to application. Cultural fit is emphasized; travelers are expected to integrate seamlessly with permanent staff. All required documentation must be provided prior to the deadline for consideration.
