A Day in Your Life:

• Greet every patient and visitor like they’re the most important person in the room, because they are.
• Manage a busy appointment calendar with finesse, sending friendly reminders by phone, text, or email so no one misses their moment.
• Field incoming calls with warmth and efficiency, directing urgent matters like a pro and keeping the flow smooth.
• Check patients in and out, process payments, and answer questions so everyone feels cared for and informed.
• Help fill out forms, keep patient records accurate and up to date, and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.
• Support our medical team by prepping paperwork, scanning documents, and helping wherever you’re needed.
• Handle tricky situations calmly and professionally, always with a smile.

What You Bring:

• Experience in a client-first clinic, med spa, or similar environment (sales skills? Even better!).
• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and a knack for multitasking without missing a beat.
• Tech-savvy with a solid handle on computers, EMR systems, and typing fast.
• A natural communicator who loves connecting with people and making their day better.
