Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and diagnoses of clients, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, while offering telehealth options to enhance accessibility.

• Document all treatment sessions meticulously, including session notes, treatment plan updates, and required clinical paperwork, adhering to our established policies and procedures.

• Foster positive therapeutic relationships through effective communication and customer service, while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team comprising case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff.

• Work creatively to develop innovative interventions that promote achieving client goals and facilitating meaningful change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your role will entail addressing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to relationship challenges, family dynamics, trauma, and behavioral problems, with the aim of supporting individuals in overcoming their personal hurdles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Must be able to pass a background check as required by state regulation.
