Senior Accountant (Hybrid – Torrance, CA) We’re partnering with a growing, PE-backed multi‑unit company in Torrance to hire a Senior Accountant to join their collaborative and supportive accounting team. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of accounting experience who wants to deepen their GL skills, step into a higher title, and enjoy a healthy work‑life balance. Base pay range $72,000 – $90,000 per year Additional compensation types Annual Bonus What You’ll Do Assist with month‑end close , including journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain and support the general ledger across multiple locations Prepare and review financial schedules as part of monthly reporting Support internal controls, financial policies, and process improvements Help the team with ad‑hoc projects, analysis, and accounting operations as needed Collaborate closely with a friendly, hands‑on CFO and accounting leadership team What We’re Looking For 2+ years of accounting experience (any industry welcome!)
