Outside Sales Rep

Job Overview We are partnered with a well established Fire Protection Company that is urgently looking to add a highly motivated Outside Sales Rep with a Hunter mentality, to their team. This will not be consultative sales; this role focuses on winning first contracts for net new accounts. The company prides itself on its reputation and commitment to delivering the highest quality fire solutions to customers. Compensation includes $65k-$75k base plus quarterly bonus and uncapped commissions that can easily put your OTE over $100k. Experience with property management is highly preferred. No Fire Protection Industry Experience Required. Outside Sales Requirements Experience: 4-7 years of property management and/or outside sales experience (Required). Mentality and Approach: We want HUNTERS (NOT FARMERS) with a self-starter mindset and attitude. Plan on being in-office only 1 day per week. Experience in face‑to‑face B2B meetings and opening net new accounts is preferred. Pipeline and territory management; comfortable working within a CRM to stay organized and maximize production and efficiency.
