Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, group counseling, and family therapy for designated client populations.

• Engage in in-depth assessments and treatment planning that align with clients’ unique needs and goals.

• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups on topics such as stress management, parenting, and emotional regulation.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including client case materials, progress notes, and reports, to comply with clinical guidelines.

• Ensure billing and documentation align with insurance requirements, consistently meeting contractual obligations for reimbursable hours.

• Stay informed about emerging trends in mental health practices and contribute insights to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role encompasses working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will provide therapy to individuals facing a myriad of challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your efforts will play a critical role in helping clients develop coping strategies, build resilience, and foster healthier relationships. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Possession of an active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent is essential.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
