Registered Nurse - Case Management- Case Manager

Job Details

Travel Registered Nurse Case Manager jobs at the facility in Tacoma, WA let you coordinate individualized care plans for patients in an acute rehabilitation setting, ensuring safe and goal-directed recovery from admission through discharge. You will support team and family conferences, oversee utilization review, and document all care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as UDS Pro, Meditech, and Pinpoint.Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Washington or compact RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 2 years of recent acute hospital case management experience.
