Hourly - 9am-6pm; Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday. Housing - Hours are varied by house and may include but is not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays. Multiple shifts available 2pm-10pm, 10pm-9am, (9am-2pm weekends only).

Competencies/Qualifications/Education:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid drivers license
• Communication proficiency
• Patience
• Writing skills
• Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
• Have working knowledge of privacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to respond well under pressure.
• Must possess strong leadership skills.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will support and assist individuals with disabilities with their daily activities, teach them life skills, and help them achieve their goals. Our staff provide opportunities for self discovery and life enrichment by assisting our members with grocery shopping, meal planning, attending events such as movies, ball game, a play or even going to the zoo!
