Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, duration, and frequency of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients through their therapeutic journey.

• Educate and support clients and their families on mood disorders, exploring various treatment options and self-care strategies to promote continued growth.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, ensuring that treatment plans are adapted as necessary based on individual development.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Stay current with evolving research and evidence in mood disorder treatments to enhance client outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals battling mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
