Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while still providing high-quality care to our clients. You will be working within the setting of a community health clinic model, which emphasizes accessibility and comprehensive support. Your workspace will incorporate advanced telehealth systems that facilitate effective communication and engagement with clients. Regular business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a structured yet adaptable work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances and goals.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their healing journeys.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring accountability and ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical practices and treatment outcomes.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community support programs.
• Continuously seek professional development opportunities and stay current with industry best practices and emerging research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy and an ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• A strong problem-solving mindset and critical-thinking skills to guide clients through complex situations.

Preferred Experience
