Essential Job Functions Providelegal representation to clients in personal injury cases Conductclient calls and case evaluations to determine legal strategy. Investigateclaims by reviewing police reports, medical records, witness statements, andother evidence. Filemanagement in our case management software UnderstandingUM coverage Communicateregularly with clients to provide case updates and legal guidance. Collaboratewith your legal assistant to manage case workflow. Ensurecompliance with all legal standards, ethics rules, and firm policies. Job Qualifications Required JDdegree from an accredited lawschool. Valid license to practice law in Louisiana. Member of the state bar in good standing. Job qualifications Preferred Working knowledge of laws,regulations, financial compliance, and best practices in the field. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including consensus building. Customer orclientserviceexperience. Excellentpersuasive writing skills. Credible and discreet, witha high levelofintegrity and the ability to work with highly confidential and privilegedinformation. Ability to work independently as well ascollaboratively. Strategic thinker who can prioritize and integrateshort-term and long-term goals. Ability to prioritize and meetmultipleandcompeting deadlines. Analyticaland problem-solving skills.
