Work Environment

The role of Physical Therapist is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Roseville, California. Our clinic is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies and facilities designed for optimum patient care and rehabilitation. The environment promotes teamwork, encouraging a collaborative approach among medical professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and support staff. You will enjoy a regular work schedule of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations due to medical conditions, birth defects, or other health-related issues.
• Develop and assess individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring movement and improving daily function, considering factors such as age and medical history.
• Regularly communicate patient progress to supervisors and collaborate with team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Drive patient scheduling and manage documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques and follow-through programs to promote recovery.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment by managing equipment and updating work areas as necessary.
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and comply with all applicable state and federal laws while performing job duties.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve at Revitalize PT and Fitness Clinic primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Many patients come to us seeking rehabilitation after injuries or surgeries, making it essential for the Physical Therapist to have a strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation and sports recovery methodologies. In providing compassionate and effective care, you will play a vital role in helping our clients regain mobility and enhance their overall functional abilities.

Qualifications

• A valid physical therapy license in good standing in the State of California.
• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Completion of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program or equivalent required educational qualifications.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic, sports rehabilitation, or related fields.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in treating orthopedic and sports rehabilitation cases, with familiarity in handling diverse musculoskeletal conditions.
• Proficient in evidence-based exercise programs, enabling customization for varied patient needs and abilities.

Compensation and Benefits
