Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions by evaluating mobility, strength, and functionality to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and modalities tailored to orthopedic conditions.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and coding/billing standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to align treatment strategies and optimize patient care.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, interns, or students to foster professional development and enhance the skill set within the team.
• Actively participate in departmental initiatives aimed at quality improvement, community outreach, and professional growth efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and current California Physical Therapist License is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage.
