Conflicts Analyst | New York City | $70,000–$99,000 We're working with a leading Am Law 100 international law firm looking to add a Conflicts Analyst to its New York team. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded BigLaw environment , working within an established Conflicts & New Business function and supporting complex lateral hiring and business acceptance across the firm. The role You'll be responsible for conducting and analysing conflicts checks, researching corporate relationships and affiliations, supporting the clearance of lateral hires and helping identify and resolve potential conflicts. You'll work closely with attorneys and internal teams across the firm, maintain ethical walls where required, and use established conflicts technology and AI-assisted research tools to support accurate and efficient analysis. What we're looking for You'll ideally have at least one year of experience in conflicts, risk, business acceptance or a related function within a law firm . Candidates from a legal assistant or similar law firm background who have gained meaningful conflicts experience and are looking to specialise will also be considered. You'll need strong analytical and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. What's on offer: $70,000–$99,000 base salary discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits and retirement contributions.
