Accounts Payable Specialist Full Time Clerical San Ramon, CA, US Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually Who We Are: Our mission is to enhance, inspire and grow. When we Trumark our homes, it is because they reach every one of these criteria. Overview: Our ideal candidate is an independent achiever. This primarily consists of processing invoices, printing checks, tracking lien releases and maintaining open communication with vendors regarding their payments. This candidate is deadline-driven and exhibits strong multitasking abilities. He or she must be a team player. Essential Duties: Profile Invoices in Document Locator Review Duplicate/Declined/Issues Invoices in Document Locator Review Invoices that haven’s been approved Maintain Preliminary Notices from Subcontractors Match PO’s to Invoices and manually enter PO Invoices Work with Vendors and Purchasing on problems Generate Auto Pay payments Process Manual and Auto Pay Payments Send Notices to Subcontractors to obtain Conditional and Unconditional Lien Releases Match Lien Releases with payments Check runs for assigned divisions Education and Additional Requirements: Ideally 2-3 years AP experience in the construction industry Ability to work in face pace environment Team Player Able to meet deadlines Why Work for Trumark?
