Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support Assist with full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, warehouse, manufacturing, and professional positions. Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media sites, and recruiting channels. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS). Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions. Provide timely communication regarding application status and next steps. Human Resources Administration Support onboarding activities, onboarding training, including pre-employment screenings, background checks, and new hire documentation. Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are accurate, complete, and compliant. Process employment-related documentation, including new hire paperwork, employee status changes, and separations. Support HR audits, compliance initiatives, and document retention requirements. Provide administrative support for HR projects and departmental initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multi-location or high-volume recruiting efforts. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, and HR administrative processes. Education & Experience Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, administrative support, or customer service.
