This position is classified as remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while still engaging closely with our clients and colleagues. The desired work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced professional life and dedicated time for client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and family systems approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and strategies that empower clients to achieve personal growth and resilience.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to maintain a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
