Multiple Locations Work Location Grand Rapids Job Description Position Summary: The Corporate Recruiter leads talent acquisition strategies for Optalis facilities and the corporate office. This role supports facility recruiters, manages high-level recruitment, ensures compliance, and promotes the employer brand. Key Responsibilities: Provide training and support to facility recruiters on recruitment processes. Collaborate with leaders to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Manage the corporate ATS, including training and troubleshooting. Lead corporate and high-level recruitment efforts. Develop and implement sourcing and branding strategies. Attend job fairs and foster school partnerships for clinical rotations and hiring pipelines. Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Strong recruiting and negotiation skills. Proficiency with ATS and recruitment systems. Knowledge of recruitment compliance laws and best practices. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Required: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of recruitment experience. Preferred: Physical & Work Requirements:

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
