Residential Supervisor: Lead DSP Teams & Community Supports

Ray Graham Association

Ray Graham Association is seeking a Residential Supervisor to provide leadership and operational oversight for 2–4 CILA homes, supporting up to 16 individuals with IDD. You will supervise DSP teams, ensure high‑quality, person‑centered services, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. In this role you will oversee staffing, budgets, and agency resources, travel between homes, and collaborate with coordinators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote independence and community #J-18808-Ljbffr Ray Graham Association
