This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking to step into an active caseload, work alongside a respected practice leader, and play a key role in the continued growth of a thriving team.The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including negotiations, mediations, settlements, and trial.
